Terms of service

These terms apply to the Gratis app for Shopify, operated by leoworks (“we”). By installing or using Gratis you agree to them.

What Gratis does

Gratis creates automatic discounts in your store and adds gift products to shoppers' carts according to the rules you set. You are responsible for the rules you create, the gifts you choose and their stock, and for checking that the resulting discounts match what you intend to offer.

Your account and store

You must have the rights to the Shopify store you install Gratis on. Gratis acts on your store only through the permissions you grant at install.

Fees

Plans and prices are shown in the Shopify App Store listing and charged by Shopify. You can change or cancel your plan at any time through Shopify; charges already billed aren't refunded unless Shopify's policies say otherwise.

Availability

We aim to keep Gratis available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. If Gratis is unavailable, your store keeps working; gifts may not be added until service resumes.

Liability

Gratis is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we aren't liable for lost sales, profits or indirect damages arising from the use of Gratis, including gifts given at $0 because of a rule you configured.
